Torre Mozza Bianco IGT
Dall’uvaggio di due vitigni Malvasia di Brindisi e Bombino allevati ad alberello nasce questo vino dal colore paglierino tenue, da sapori e profumi che sanno di frutta, conseguenza di una spremitura soffice e una fermentazione in contenitori di acciaio a temperatura controllata. Servire a 12° di temperatura.

Obtained from two species of vines Malvasia of Brindisi and Bombino planted as trees, this strawcoloured wine has a fruity bouquet and taste as consequence of a soft press process and a fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. It is poured at a temperature of 12° C.

Il riflesso corallino, i profumi fruttati e il sapore fresco e sapido di questo rosato sono il risultato dell’uvaggio del Negroamaro e la Malvasia e di una sapiente tecnica di vinificazione. Vino che si adatta bene sia agli antipasti che alle carni bianche. Servire a 12° di temperatura.

The coral tint, the fruity bouquet and the fresh and savoury taste of this rosé wine are the results of Negroamaro and Malvasia vines and of an expert vinification process. This wine is suitable with horsd’oeuvre dishes and with white meat. It is poured at a temperature of 12° C.

Vino rosso ottenuto dalla fermentazione con macerazione delle bucce per 5 giorni a temperatura termocontrollata, dal profumo vinoso e fruttato, dal colore rosso rubino, sapore robusto sapido e rotondo. Si consiglia su piatti rustici salentini, formaggi e carni rosse. Servire a temperatura di 18-20°.
Torre Mozza Rosso IGT
Red wine obtained from the fermentation of the peel maceration of 5 days long at a thermocontrolled temperature, distinguished by its fruity and vinous bouquet, rubyred coloured of savoury and deep taste. Suitable with rustic salentini dishes, cheeses and beefs. It is poured at a temperature of 18°- 20° C. |
