La cooperativa Risveglio Agricolo è orgogliosa della creazione di questo prodotto, frutto dell’impegno di persone che credono nella qualità ottenuta dalla vinificazione del Negroamaro e della Malvasia. Affinato per 12 mesi in botti di rovere da 100 Hl.
Predilige piatti rustici del Salento ed è sovrano su carni rosse.
Si decida la temperatura di utilizzo in base ai gusti.

The cooperative Risveglio Agricolo is proud of the creation of this exceptional product, fruit of the commitment of those persons who believe in the quality of the product and in the vinification of Negroamaro and Malvasia grapes harvested and refined during 12 months in 100 hl oak barrels. Suitable with rustic dishes of Salento region and with beefs. Pouring temperature depends on consumers’ taste.
